How Long does delivery take?
Normally we can deliver within a few days in metropolitan areas due to our stockholding which is in distribution warehouses in major cities. Allow seven working days to cover any delays.
If you have an urgent requirement please contact us and we will try to organize the quickest delivery possible. This may incur additional charges.
What is the difference between a task chair and an ergonomic chair?
Task chairs tend to be designed for reception and boardroom areas, whereas an ergonomic chair tends to have more adjustability features that make for extra comfort for those spending long hours at a desk or in front of computer screens.
Ergonomic chairs tend to be made from better materials allowing for longer usage and also are more expensive
Can you deliver the Regional Australia?
We most certainly do as we try to cover the whole country. We do quote for regional delivery on a case by case basis to ensure you get the best delivery cost. Please contact us with your requirements.
Can you deliver to unfinished building sites?
We prefer not to as the possibility of damage or loss to the goods increases so it is better we have clear floors to work on and this way no one is exposed to physical risk either.
Do you assemble?
The assembly requirements for furniture does vary. Normally we deliver in boxes which is economic and protects the product during transport. A small amount of assembly is required for most products we sell.
